"There was this really sad old house that was never renovated nor fixed up for 3 whole decades. It was literally falling apart inside and outside. Then came ACA to the rescue! Alberto and his crew did so much work on the house in just a few months, you could hardly recognize it now! We did the backyard pavement, front driveway pavement, entire garage epoxy, marble flooring, exterior framing restorations, as well as countless interior work-- too many to list here.
Let me tell you something else special about Alberto and Mayron. They are very responsible people and I'm very impressed that do respond very timely despite the big work queue they have. In the past I've hired other guys that would not get back to me for DAYS at a time, and could not articulate what they were working on. On the other hand, Mayron and Alberto do response on text, email very quickly, and are able to explain, very patiently, every step of the way.
As with any typical renovations work, we went through several iterations of how the final result should be (materials, color, style, etc) and Alberto was always very patient, was able to accommodate whatever changes that were made on the fly, and delivered what we asked CONSISTENTLY.
